Student Housing Throughout the country, there is a growing trend to develop and expand university facilities, especially student housing. In Baltimore, Villa Julie College chose David S. Brown Enterprises, Ltd. to develop and construct its first-ever residential life campus, comprised of over 600 beds in 150 units within 9 buildings, including a new community center and maintenance facilities.
Parking Garages In today’s real estate market, convenient and abundant parking can be the key to success in commercial real estate development. David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD. has taken the lead in suburban Baltimore County with structured parking facilities attached directly to multi and single tenant office buildings. Parking garages, compared to large surface lots, deliver covered, secure parking in very close proximity to offices while maximizing the yield to the developer.
Big Boxes David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD. has recently expanded its commercial development portfolio to include big box retail. In 2002, they demonstrated their expertise at developing challenging land parcels by providing extensive site development for a 370,000 square foot Walmart/Sam’s Club in a unique over/under 2-story building in Owings Mills, Maryland. The David S. Brown Enterprises portfolio currently includes a number of big box retail land sites for future development.
