The Preferred Employer Program is designed to assist you with your move to a new David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD. apartment home. Benefits of the program include:

• No security deposit (for qualified applicants)
• Application fee refunded at move-in*
• No lease termination fee * *
• Assistance with setting up utilities
• One free rental of Clubhouse or Clubroom at certain locations
• One month calendar notice to transfer from one David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD. community to another ***
• Fully furnished short term apartments available
• Employer is listed as a participant in the program

* Application fee required and refunded at move-in

** If your employer transfers you out of the metro area, you are exempt from paying a lease termination fee provided you give the leasing office a two month calendar written notice before your move-out date.

*** Transfer conditions still apply except transfer fee waived.
