This is a reliable and confidential way to have
your rent and other applicable charges (water
and sewer, trash and other service fees) processed
and paid from your bank account. With this program,
your payment is electronically debited from
your checking or savings account as a regularly
scheduled payment.

Q: How much does
Electronic Payment cost?
A: This is a free service
to David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD. residents.
David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD. will absorb
any associated fees.
Q: How can I be sure my rent payment was processed?
A: Your payment will be
shown on your monthly bank statement as a debit
with date paid, reference number, amount, and
the description of “Rent Payment”.
Q: How can I get started
using EPF?
A: All you need is a standard bank or
credit union checking or savings account (also
known as “Demand
Deposit Accounts” in
the United States). Thereafter, ask your Community
Management team for an enrollment form.
Q: How long
will it take to start paying using Direct
Rent Payment?
A: The enrollment form (available in
the Leasing Center)
must be provided to David S. Brown Enterprises,
LTD. by the 10th of the month prior to the selected
first electronic payment date.
Q: Can roommates enroll?
A: Yes. As long as ALL enroll, they can participate.
Q: What happens if my payment is
rejected for insufficient funds?
A: As per
your lease agreement, applicable NSF
(non sufficient funds) and late fees will be
charged and due. If the payment is rejected a
second time, you will be asked to make your payment
with guaranteed funds such as a cashier's check or
money order.
