24 Hour Priority
(Emergency) Maintenance Service Requests
Call our leasing office, and our service
center will relay your request to the maintenance
personnel. Since service is the backbone of our
business, the following are considered Priority
(Emergency) Maintenance Service Requests:
- Fire
- No electricity
- No hot water
- No plumbing or water throughout the apartment home
- Water flooding into the apartment
- No heat in temperatures below 55 degrees
- No air conditioning in temperatures over 88 degrees*
- Smoke alarms
- Clogged toilet (applies to apartments with one bathroom)
- Sewer stoppage
- Refrigerator not working
- Situations where access to the apartment may be compromised (i.e. broken windows or broken locks)
- Lock Outs ($20 fee, paid directly to service personnel at time of entry)
We are committed to providing our residents with exemplary service and superior living environments.
*Due to high voltage, HVAC units will not be repaired during inclement weather or after dark.
