Online Service Request
To submit a routine service request, simply complete the open fields
in the form below. The items marked with an asterisk are required for
the form to be submitted to our Service Managers. (In accordance with
our Service Guarantee, submissions received after 3:00 p.m. local time
and on holidays will be considered to have been placed the following
business day at 8:00 a.m.)
If you have a Priority (Emergency) Service Request, please call your community leasing office or the after hours answering service.
Day or night, exceptional help is just a phone call or Internet connection away - we guarantee it!
Priority (Emergency) Service requests include:
- Fire
- No electricity
- No hot water
- No plumbing or water throughout the apartment home
- Water flooding into the apartment
- From October 15 - April 15: Room temperature of at least 65º F. unless the outside temperature is below 0º F, then minimum room temperature shall be 60º F at all times. Temperature is measured 3 feet above the floor and 3 feet from exterior walls.
- No air conditioning in temperatures over 88 degrees*
- Smoke alarms
- Clogged toilet (applies to apartments with one bathroom)
- Sewer stoppage
- Refrigerator not working
- Situations where access to the apartment may be compromised (i.e. broken windows or broken locks)
- Lock Outs ($20 fee, paid directly to service personnel at time of entry)
