Job Description:

Prominent Baltimore-based Builder/Developer has an immediate full time opening for a seasoned Commercial Customer Service Coordinator. This position requires having the ability to balance the needs of the tenant within the constraints of their lease and management’s guidelines. This individual will perform general office support work, specialty tasks related to managing a real estate portfolio, as well as interact with many individuals throughout the company. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well both in a team and independently, and wants to be involved in a company that is experiencing growth and development.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Receive, dispatch and coordinate service calls
  • Administrate SAWIN dispatch module, which includes setting up new customers
  • Non-SAWIN payroll
  • Card access administration for all commercial/residential properties
  • Water meter readings for all properties
  • Elevator certificates/inspections for all properties
  • Fire alarm/sprinkler inspections for all properties
  • HVAC contracts (new and renewals) for commercial tenants
  • Book and assign HVAC PM calls, and monitor progress with HVAC techs
  • Anticipate the needs of customers and actively seek feedback; respond positively about our services

Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of Administrative/Customer Service A MUST
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
  • Self-directed and results oriented; accomplishes tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Exercise courtesy and tact when dealing with customers, co-workers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-oriented

  • Performs tasks assigned in an orderly and timely manner
