Job Description:

Shuttle drivers are responsible for safely transporting residents and/or employees and providing superior service. Drivers must have good communication skills both oral and written to interact with employees as well as the customers they serve. Commitment, dependability, patience, maturity and initiative are required qualities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive safely, responsibly and be prepared for all road conditions
  • Respect fellow employees, equipment and customers
  • Ensure compliance with the shuttle schedule
  • Pre and post trip checks of the shuttle each time it is used (emphasis on ensuring adequate fluid levels)
  • Complete all applicable paper work required
  • Keep track of passenger drop-off and pick-ups as necessary
  • Manage passenger behavior by quickly and effectively solving problems
    • Fuel shuttle as required and record information as per procedure
      • Don’t let fuel go under ½ tank
      • No passengers on while fueling
    • Fuel cards are assigned to the individual and they are responsible for loss, etc.
    • Maintain a clean shuttle
    • Complete & report all pre and post trips for all defects
    • Report unsafe conditions
    • Use the safe work procedure

Skills Required:

  • Valid Maryland driver’s license
  • Able to load and drive
  • Must be capable of driving a variety of equipment (example: shuttle, vans, limos, etc.)
  • Organized, punctual and reliable
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Calm, pleasant and helpful manner
  • Excellent driving skills and habits
  • Map reading ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all parties

Supervision Received There is general supervision of Shuttle Drivers.  Shuttle Drivers work independently reporting to Property Managers and Corporate Employees.

Joining our residential team can be the start of a rewarding career in property management with the ability for upward mobility for hardworking and dedicated property management professionals. The primary focus of the Leasing Sales Associate is to turn prospects into residents at one of our many beautiful apartment communities in Baltimore. Successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents. 

  •          Generating prospect traffic
  •          Converting prospect emails, calls, walk-ins into residents
  •          Preparing lease documentation
  •          Completing move-ins and preparing move in packages
  •          Answering phones
  •          Submission of maintenance requests
  •          Handling general existing resident inquiries
  •          Ability to reach leasing quotas to achieve bonus
  •          Comply with Fair Housing laws
  •          Comply with company policies and procedures
  •          Attendance to resident events
  •          Community outreach including canvassing and housing fairs
  •          Additional responsibilities as required
  •          Attendance to on and off-site training

Skills Required:

  •         Customer Relation Skills required
  •         General office experience and computer skills required
  •          Email, fax and internet savvy
  •          Two years previous leasing, retail or sales experience preferred
  •          Excellent customer service skills
  •          Good written and oral communication skills
  •          Positive attitude
  •          Team player
  •          Ability to work full time with weekends required. Hours M-F 9am-6pm Sat 10am-5pm Sun 12pm-5pm.
  •          Associates Degree or higher preferred
