The commercial office and retail building fronts on Grand Central Avenue and is directly connected to a parking garage that accommodates 3,000 vehicles and the Owings Mills metro station. Prime retail space is available at street-level and office space is available on floors two through four. A second parking garage was recently completed at the project that is adjacent to the building, with more than 2,000 vehicles.
